01Who we are
Uptime Robotics is a trading name of Fieldproof Robotics Inc (“Uptime Robotics”, “we”, “us”). We operate this website, uptimerobotics.ai, and we are responsible for the personal information collected through it (its “controller” under European law).
Our registered office is at 422 Richards Street, Unit 170, Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 2Z4, Canada.
02What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit uptimerobotics.ai or contact us through it. It does not cover the Uptime Robotics platform at app.uptimerobotics.ai. Customer data processed on that platform is governed by our agreements with each customer.
03Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form we collect your first and last name, job title, company name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device information. Pages viewed, time on page, the referring page or campaign, browser and device type, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this with Google Analytics.
- Company identification. ZoomInfo uses the IP address and technical details of your visit to identify the organisation you may be visiting from, and records which pages were viewed.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Information from third parties
ZoomInfo may associate your visit or your contact-form details with business contact and company information from its own database, such as your company’s industry, size and location.
04How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to arrange demonstrations and follow-up conversations.
- To send you information about our products and services that relates to your enquiry or your role. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand which companies are interested in our products, and to prioritise our sales outreach.
- To measure and improve the website and our campaigns.
- To keep the website secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
05Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- legitimate interests, for responding to enquiries, business-to-business marketing, understanding interest in our products, and securing the site;

- steps before entering into a contract, when you ask us about becoming a customer or partner;
- legal obligation, where we must keep or disclose information by law.
06Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and for business-to-business intelligence. We do not use them for advertising on other websites.

08International transfers
We are based in Canada. Our service providers store and process information in the United States and in other countries. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of those countries and may be accessible to their courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, information we receive in Canada benefits from the European Commission’s adequacy decision for Canada. For onward transfers to our providers we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified.
09How long we keep it
- Enquiries and CRM records. For as long as we are in contact with you or your company, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
- Google Analytics data. Up to 14 months.
- Server logs. For the period our hosting provider keeps them for security and operations, typically no more than 30 days.
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it or delete it;
- restrict or object to our processing, including for direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising, under US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- in Canada, under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), access and correct your information and withdraw your consent, subject to legal and contractual limits.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, write to our Privacy Officer at contact@uptimerobotics.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject, or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before we act. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. We respond within 30 days under Canadian law, within one month where the GDPR applies, and within 45 days under US state laws.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in British Columbia, to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
11Security
We use administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls with our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12Children
This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
13Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take additional steps to tell you where the law requires it.
